This course focuses on the life care management business. Multiple topics are presented in audio-video discussion format by authors of “The Life Care Management Handbook” Jennifer Crowley and Shanna Huber. The lessons provide insight related to starting, growing, and managing the business, including business planning, marketing, networking, leadership, and business culture, and more. The presenters have had successful practices and designed the content based on what they both learned over the many years while starting and managing their practices when there was limited resources and mentors to turn to. This course is especially helpful for the healthcare professional entering the field of life care management and limited in the know-how required to start, grow, and manage a life care management business.
